All School Fees
- A non-refundable registration fee of $200 is due with the enrollment form (returning families who enroll for the upcoming school year in February get a discounted registration fee of $150).
- You will be required to sign up with Blackbaud to pay tuition and all school fees.
- A $56 set up fee is charged by Blackbaud annually (August).
- The primary material fee is $100 per semester (August and January).
- The elementary material fee is $200 per semester (August and January).
Applications
- A non-refundable $50 fee along with a completed application is required to be considered for placement.
- There is no guaranteed enrollment date.
- The application fee will be applied to the non-refundable full registration fee of $200 when your child is enrolled.
Discounts
- 5% discount is available for full payment of annual or semester tuition.
- 10% sibling discount is available for the younger child in the same family.
- If your family experiences financial hardship, please inquire about our Special Circumstances policy.

* If withdrawal from Center Grove Montessori is necessary prior to the end of the school year, the school will require a 30-day notice with the withdrawal date in written form. If this is not met, 60-day tuition will be due and due to be paid in the family’s Blackbaud Account.*
